Second this. My shoulder and neck were extremely painful 15 years ago due to
me sitting in front of the computer all day long. I couldn't even lift up
my chin. I tried the traditional cup-suction therapy. Released for a few
weeks and the pain came back again. I then started weight lifting,
specifically things like bench pressing, pull-ups, military lifting. The
point is exercise the muscle of your upper body, particularly the shoulder
and the back. It worked amazingly. I have never been suffering the pain ever
since. Of course I have been working out ever since.
