本事务所十月份近一半的加急申请件在一个月内被批准

今年九月下旬因移民排期而造成一大批申请人急忙赶在九月底之前递交I-140/I-485. 本
律师事务所为保证申请件质量, 于9月20日停止接受新的要求加快处理案件, 尽管如此,
本律师楼5位律师及4位法律助理夜以继日, 周末加班加点, 在不到二个星期的时间内, 递
出四十多个案件, 并保证所有递出案件的质量和要求与平时所递的案件一样, 同时每个案

Center.

Ph.D. 2004 in Chemical Engineering. Developed a novel process for A1N crystal
growth by directly heating the source from its interior using microwaves;
consequently, process costs were reduced. 12 publications. NIW, no RFE,
approved in 16 days in Texas Service Center.

Ph.D. 1993 in Genetics and Plant Breeding. Specialized in plant genomics,
genome mapping, map-based cloning, gene expression and gene cloning etc. 18
publications. No RFE, EB11 approved in 4 days and NIW approved in 16 days in
Texas Service Center.

Ph.D. 2003 in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Participated in the fBIRN
and MIND project, performed fMRI image analysis and programmed in EPrime for
stimuli delivery. 6 publications. NIW, no RFE, approved in 21 days in
Nebraska Service Center.

Ph.D. 2004 in Mechanical Engineering. Study in constitutive models of
flexible polyurethane foam as a viscoelastic and nonlinear elastic material.,
and investigated in vibratory properties of polyurethane foam material for
automotive seat applications. 13 publications. NIW, no RFE, approved in 15
days in Nebraska Service Center.

Ph.D. 1998 in Cellular Biology. Specialized in Molecular Biology, Virology,
Cellular Biology and Immunology, such as isolation and purification of DNA and
RNA; development, extraction and purification of adenovirus and baculovirus,
etc. 15 publications. NIW, no RFE, approved in 23 days in Nebraska Service
Center.

Ph.D. 2004 in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Invested and developed
reliability/stability transfer functions between wafer-level design/process
parameters and downstream parameters at slider, HGA and drives levels, and
assessed the thermal and electrical reliability of a variety of TMR stacks and
design. 20 publications. NIW, no RFE, approved in 23 days in Nebraska
Service Center.

Ph.D. 2003 in Engineering Mechanics. Developed cutting-edge coronary calcium
scoring software to diagnose coronary calcium diseases. 7 publications. NIW,
no RFE, approved in 22 days in Texas Service Center.

Ph.D. 2002 in Engineering (Physical Electronics). First demonstrated in-
service channel performance monitoring for DPSK signals using asynchronous
amplitude histogram evaluation technique, first demonstrated cost effective
high speed WDM transmission system based on semiconductor optical amplifiers
and advanced modulation formats, etc. 26 publications. No RFE, EB11 approved
in 4 days and NIW approved in 24 days in Texas Service Center.

Ph.D. 2003 in Electrical Engineering. Conducted research in digital control
theory and architecture for power management systems, and developed the world
’s first system-on-a-chip digitally controlled dc-dc converter to a mass-
market application (cell phones). 9 publications and 8 patents. NIW, no RFE,
approved in 8 days in Texas Service Center.

Ph.D. 2000 in Materials Science and Engineering. Investigated
ultrananocrystalline diamond and carbon nanocomposite films based on diamond
and carbon nanotubes by PECVD. 43 publications and 4 patents. No RFE, EB11
approved in 28 days and NIW approved in 23 days in Nebraska Service Center.

Ph.D. 2003 in Molecular and Cellular Biology. Investigated the flagellin of
Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris as an elicitor of plant defense, and
studied structure-function of the leucine-rich repeat (LRR) domain of AtFLS2
gene in plant disease resistance. 16 publications. NIW, no RFE, approved in
18 days in Nebraska Service Center.

Ph.D. 2002 in Electrical Engineering. Conducted software design and
implementation as technical leader for Energy Management System to help power
system Generation Plants and Transmission Companies to monitor, control,
optimizer their systems and save operational cost, thus achieve the goal of
reliability and energy saving. NIW, no RFE, approved in 22 days in Texas
Service Center.

Ph.D. 2003 in Materials Science and Engineering. Research focused on
nanostructured materials, biomedical materials, thin film/coatings, and
composites, within the general context of materials science, mechanical
engineering, applied mechanics, electrical engineering, and tissue engineering
. EB12, no RFE, approved in 24 days in Nebraska Service Center.
