According to “AILA InfoNet Doc. No. 06102363 (posted Oct. 23, 2006)”
In response to AILA’s request that the DOL copy the attorney in the email
notifications to employers concerning the sponsorship verification email and
the DOL confirmation email of sponsorship, the DOL has made a system change
as of October 20, 2006. Attorneys will be receiving the following emails
from the DOL:
1. copy of email to the employer confirming the case has been filed
2. copy of sponsorship check email
3. copy of acknowledgement that the employer has responded to the
sponsorship check.
