This score is more than what I expected, actually I was expecting a 238/99.
Before CS, I went through Kaplan notes once for 1.5 months. The exception is pediatrics, I hate this part, the author does not know what he is talking about, so I skipped pediatric part of the notes. The next 2.5 months were dedicated to CS preparation (it is worthy, otherwise I will not be able to pass CS, CS is like a nightmare to old CMG like me). After CS, did UW simulated exam and got 410. Encouraged by this passing score, went through the UW qbank carefully for one month, jogging down notes with another laptop, which proved very useful later on. Immediately after finishing the UW qbank, tried NBME form 2 and the score was 580. By then, the exam is only one month away.
For the first 15 days, did marked and wrong questions of UW. Also did OB/
Gyn/Surgery of UW one more time, because those areas were weak according to UW simulated test and NBME form 2. Took NBME form 4 right after this 15 days and got 600. For the next 7 days, read selected parts of Kaplan notes and did CD (78% correct). Felt a little bit frustrated because most people, who scored 99 on the real exam, got 84% correct on CD.
For the last 7 days, did nothing but reading the UW notes which were taken one month ago.
On the real exam, the only accident was that I lost 2 minutes for my last
block due to bad management of my break time.
