对FM intern 的expectation的确很低。基本上问病史体检在电脑上打出病历就可以了，
到13号为止我一共有4个24小时OFF！工作日中的clinic and conference section is
The other time of those days is optional to work at ER. I am feeling like a
med student but not a resident. But next month I will go back to the floor
which includes 24 hour on-call schedule. Hopefully I could survive…
特别感谢老刀的一篇关于MATCH 之后该做哪写事情的文章。除了STEP 3 我没有考之外，

I had been in a busy ER of a big teaching hospital with the FM residents,
observed them and "supervised" them (technically I could not supervise them
because at that time I practiced as Physician Assistant.) I noticed some of
them were really good and active while others just sat and focused on a
couple of patients on hand. I like those who run for the interesting, the
rare, the crashing, the complex and the ones need procedures, even just for
Try to get familiar with the commonly used ER protocols like: DKA, CP, SOB,
ABP,stroke, seizure, syncope, etc. If there is a fast track, go there or
monitor its activity from the dash board frequently to say if there are some
cases that you are interested in. Most of the fractures, rashes, eye
injures, lacerations and abscess go there. Ask whoever covers the fast track
, either PAs or MDs, to see if they can let you do the procedures.
The more you participated in, the more you learn.
