1. What do u have to lose, if you call the programs that did not respond to
your ERAS application at all?
A: nothing.
Oh, my friend, maybe you might think that the lovely program coordinator
will think you are "desperate and obnoxious". But it is PC's job to take
phone calls and screen candidates for the program.
Just be polite on the phone. Call them every 2 weeks to check on your
application status and ask if they could give you a chance.
Who do not like or respect people who are strongly passionate about their
careers?
Always make PC feel that you are a person with good sense of humor.
I make healthy jokes with PCs when I call or email them.
2. What do u have to lose, if you call the programs that rejected your ERAS
application at all?
A: nothing. The worst thing is that they reject you again.
3. What do u have to lose, if you do not call the programs that rejected
your ERAS application at all?
A: An interview that you might have gotten due to others' cancellation.
4. What do u have to lose, if you do not call the programs that did not
respond to your ERAS application at all?
A: An interview that you might have gotten due to others' cancellation.
Besides, you will never know why this program cannot interview you. You
might wish you called earlier if you do not match in March.
