I have an 1br Apt in Sugar Land (59&Hwy6) for sublease from June to 24th
July 2008(the moving in&out date is negotiable). The rent will be $710 per
month (exclude utility). The original rent for this Apt is almost $800/month
. Cuz this Apt is right beside the lake and trees, so it is pretty cool in
the summer. My electricity bill usually does not exceed $30 per month. The
water&trash bill is usually around $15 per month. It is on the 3rd floor.I
