可以捐款到ID prepaid或者prepaid俱乐部。我们将利用捐款进行奖励。比如奖励精华
贴、发过节包子等等。我们将定期公布捐款情况和伪币使用情况。

在ID prepaid的捐款便于按需要奖励和发送。但是有手续费。如果捐款到ID prepaid可
以向我要手续费。

2) hasn't been reported on a mobile phone insurance claim,
3) hasn't been deactivated because of non payment of services.
4) hasn't attached to another account.

简单说，就是clean esn的verzion手机，拿来就可以在page plus上激活和使用。
