前两日在LAX，因为没有硬币了，就用信用卡在pay phone上打了一个电话给Texas，也
就是3分钟左右的样子，结果来了个四十多刀的账单，简直是宰人啊！

你可以打电话过去抱怨，一般多少会给你退回一点。另外，有一个网站，你也可以去投
诉。

This happened to me in the past, but not the airport, in the subway station
that is connected with the bus terminal. I got off the bus and made a phone
call before I took the subway with my phone card, it did not go through like
usual, but an operator picked up the call and connected me to the other side.
Actually, it would be cheaper to use coins, however I didn't have any coins
on hand, and using my phone card would cost just a few more coins. When I got
my phone bill, they charged me more than 40 dollars. I called them, they gave
most the money back to me as credit, but they were kind of rude when I argued
with them maybe it's b/c I sounded unhappy.

number based long distance program.

LAX精着呢，他们的电话早就屏蔽了1800，你根本打不成

same thing happened, in amsterdam airport. i just called my cc company
saying my card must be stolen and they gave me a new card.
