下面是杨辉对于外界质疑的回应, 括号中的为读者的解读, 请细品...

最后说说我对最近一些事情的整体看法:

我个人对于外界的评论和质疑其实并不关注或看重,只要不是杂志编辑部或者同行邮件
的询问质疑,都尽量置之不理。
(我脸皮厚, 管你们怎么质疑, 只要我懂得怎么利用那些大牛对杂志社审稿过程的操控,
你们都没有任何办法搞倒我).

我非常珍惜现在中国良好的科研环境,所以格外珍惜每一点时间。
(在中国造假不需要负法律责任, 造的假越大发的文章就越好,就能得到更多国内风险投
资, 骗钱的好环境.)

只需一心在科研上面,不停有好的工作展示给同行,就足够了。
(我做科研的目的是展示东西给同行, 至于真假本人一概不负责.)

也很钦佩像蒲老师、王晓东老师、施一公老师那样,呵护着我们这群青年PI,不用花费
过多时间申
请经费,有很好的core facility,在文章思路或写作上给予我们一定的指导。所有这
些让我们有更多时间聚焦于科学本身。
(有蒲老师罩着, 我还怕你们这些质疑?)

此外,“最近一堆年轻人认为杨辉在MIT的文章涉嫌造假”。
(你们这些质疑我的人都是too young too naive.)

我相信绝大多数不是这个领域的专家,我认为正确的方式是写信给Cell的editor,质疑
这篇文章的真实性、可靠
性,而不是靠公众的舆论来挑取自己想要接收的信息。
(有本事写信给Cell的编辑质疑, 编辑都是Jaenisch的朋友, 你们还是死了这条心吧.)

他们似乎不在乎质疑我们工作的文章的数据可靠性,也更接受10个月(其实不到半年时
间)发两篇Cell只有造假才有的
可能。
(听清楚, 本人是不到半年时间发表两篇Cell, 还不给我跪下?)

然后近一年又把CNS都发了一遍,造假就实锤了。
(听清楚, 本人把CNS玩得团团转.)

我觉得这不是一个好的风气,似乎许多人接受不了同代人比自己出色太多。
(不是我针对谁, 在座的都是垃圾.)

张锋一直是我追敢的目标,从PhD开始就一直很出色,很快的fellow经历,刚独立就发
表了最重要的工作,后续更是一系列的重要文章,也成立了自己的公司,将CRISPR技术
第一次应用于人治疗失明。
(对不起啊, 我把张锋给出卖了, 当年张锋给外界公布的Cas9-GFP的质粒, 广大实验室
拿到之后在细胞中一表达居然一个GFP阳性细胞都没有, 后来找了个借口说是质粒中存
在SNV导致GFP不表达.)

而我,PhD和Postdoc相对都很顺,但是回国独立头三年没有发表一篇文章,直到第5年
才陆续有重要工作出现。
(我就是顺, 不服打我呀.)

也开始向临床迈进,希望两年内能够国内上临床,最终造福国内的患者。
(我马上要把AAV腺病毒载体用到临床上去治疗病人了, 虽然欧美有无数实验室担忧病毒
的可靠性以及CRISPR的精准性, 本人一概不管, 直接上, 无脑的投资人快快把你们的钞
票撒过来.)

虽然时间有点落后张锋了,但我仍然坚信有赶上和超过他的一天。
(张峰算啥? 没有我们这边宽松的审核和伦理环境, 你们永远都不可能走到临床那一步)

所以希望““最近一堆年轻人”能找到自己追赶的目标,再为之努力,而不是传一些不
在自己学术水平范围内能够judgement的事情。
(你们这些质疑的人还是too young too naive.)

学术圈毕竟不是娱乐圈。
(感觉自己成了明星.)

张锋最早那篇 science 其实都说不清楚。

但不管怎么说,张锋算是和别人一起开创了两个领域,光遗传和CRISPR。

杨辉需要努力。

我觉得杨辉说的没错,如果你觉得有问题直接给CELL editor写信,用自己的实验证据
去质疑,而不是用这种下三滥的手段。

韩春雨的结果很快被证伪了,然后就撤稿了。如果觉得有问题就把关键的实验做一下看
看能否重复出杨辉的结果不就清楚了?

韩春雨的文章当初也不是那么容易被证伪的!
我感觉你这个人好像在害怕别人的质疑呀, 杨辉的东西已经被Genome Biology直接发文
章怼, 这一点你是眼睛瞎了吗?

这篇文章去年8月份就出来了, 杨辉一直到现在等大家在mitbbs上面质疑的时候才回应,
你认为这个正常吗?

下三滥这种词语, 你等造假的货色是没有资格使用的, 懂吗? 平身最讨厌的就是你们这
种造假分子, 自己有脸造假, 还不让人说!

如果用词不当,请包涵。刚刚看到另外一个帖子中有人已经将这个质疑的声音发给杨辉
了,不是crispr2016,而是另外一个ID。
杨辉也做了回应,我和杨辉不认识,我的这个ID也不是杨辉(这个ID很久不用了,最近
才上MITBBS看看)。

我不是这个领域的,也不太懂这个技术。在杨辉的回应中,如果有人能够用杨辉的技
术做出东西来的话,是不是可以说明他的技术没问题呢?当然,我没有看杨辉提到的那
几篇文章的具体内容。

我个人支持学术打假,但是要有根据的去打假,而不是自己没有实验证据,或者选择性
的看到一些所谓不可重复结果就打。

所以说不是本领域的还真的不应该随便发表评论, 我们是本领域的, 我们根据杨辉的文
章就是重复不出来, 这一点是毋庸置疑的. 对于为什么重复不出来, 人家杨辉跟当初的
韩春雨都是一样的回应: 你做不出来都是你的技术不行, 你的细胞被支原体污染等等等
等很低级的借口. 现在人20家不同实验室共同在Genome Biology上面发文章表示杨辉的
文章无法重复, 你还选择相信杨辉吗??

如果你是这个领域的,而且做了重复性工作。那你说的肯定是有分量的。

我是外行,只是就是论事,说出自己的看法。因为网上很多人打假只是凑热闹。

我不是做视网膜的,没有做实验
但是我们可以思维实验
假设,我用相同病毒感染视网膜
发现所用启动子不特异
在neuron里也有表达
label了视神经
于是给杂志编辑写信
说我的这个病毒没法做出那么干净的对照

从你ID也能看出你是做干细胞的,请问这种怼有意义吗?
没有意义对吧
无论你的结论和杨辉多么不同
最后落脚点还是你相不相信他的结果
因为他做到了你没有做到的事情

结果和现在一样
是你自己的技术水平不行和平台不过关
自取其辱

如果杨辉看到了我的帖子
我想对他说
如果你做的是真的
就像你回应说的
不要理会这些杂音,噪音
我现在的质疑正体现出你的卓越
这是我真心话
Crispr技术刚出现时,我也不相信这个东西是真的
能有这么好用,对生物研究产生了翻天覆地的变化
后来事实的打脸让我对发现和推动crispr的研究者心悦诚服

有人质疑也是好事吧
说明关注度高
大家都感兴趣
真金不怕火炼

杨辉懂什么视网膜?懂什么剪切因子?还不是一耳朵从付向东哪里拐来的,然后生硬造
几个数据,勉强凑齐几个图去抢别人的东西。据说这厮靠这个已经拉了一个亿的投资了。

80%以上的文章都有某种程度的造假。国内引回去的手握“牛文”的大拿们有几个不造
假的?如果你还在这个领域混,早应该明白了吧:

我觉得Jaenisch是一个非常不要脸的人, 在Pubpeer上能够查到他的文章有35篇有问题.

这不是很容易嘛,现在开始重新抄一遍实验记录本,把日期换掉即可。蒲老大给他足够
时间准备这些回应了,我相信杨辉已经编造了一个天衣无缝的故事来辩解他没有抄袭付
向东的工作。
