早上 10 am，我这边就是 8 am，明知道我这边时间太早也不愿意
挑个好一点的时间。

各位有经验的同志，有没有什么需要注意的地方？申请的是 postdoc fellow
面试是不是会很严格？

到它们网站看看他们都在做什么,还有你的selection criteria是否有补充的
最后一关了,英语过硬的话,基本没问题
他们好象不太问太具体的问题

selection criteria 就是瞎凑的一些话放上去的，本来就觉得那么多 cretieria
太烦。澳式英语和英式英语区别似乎不大，可是我一向听美式英语多，听英式英
语反应慢多了。

这种 interview 就是最后一关了吗？一般进入这一步的会有多少 candidate?

the questions really depends on what kind of person they need. prepare as
many as possible. normally the person who incharge the project will
interview you.

Good english and communication skill are important, especially for phone
interview. get some local help you to prepare maybe useful.

一般是部门负责人吧,就是director加上他底下的员工,PCM有时可能在场,但不参与决策
,只监督过程,比如不能问离谱的问题,不能性骚扰什么的
候选人大概3-5人
然后依次联系前2-3人的推荐人

Some pints for your reference.

I had the interview in Nov last year. Three interviwers, including two PIs
and one PCM. PI's questions were mainly on my PhD work, especially those
topics realated to the future Postdoc work. PCM asked some behavior
questions, such as what is your career plan, do you think it is difficult to
carry out experiments in different locations.
